Some things become clearer when you disconnect

UNPLUG creates the kind of room high-capacity professionals rarely get to enter.

A room where you don't have to perform. Where conversation goes deeper than job titles. Where leadership includes the person doing the leading. Where the people around you understand what it means to carry responsibility—and what it takes to put it down.

Come to breathe.
Come to think.
Come to be challenged.
Come back differently.
